Day 1
Ocular Anatomy
Core Examination
● Fluorescein Staining: ulcer location
● Schirmer Tear Test:<15mm = suspected dry eye
● Penlight Exam: Check for pupil symmetry
● Tonometry: >25mmHg warrants caution
● How to look at the fundus
Emergency management of ocular trauma and acute glaucoma
Demonstration - Use of Ophthalmic Equipment & Basic Diagnostic Techniques

Day 2
Corneal Disease Progression
● Epithelial Defect → Pain/squinting (like skin abrasion)
● Stromal Damage → Corneal opacity (like cracked glass)
● Descemetocele → Blue bulge (EMERGENT REFERRAL!)

● Superficial corneal ulcer
